Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original Filling Pieces shoe box or packaging, ensuring they are securely packed inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
